360 g of pasta
300 g of cherry tomatoes
300 g of Mozzarella Stg
40 g of extra virgin olive oil
Basil to taste
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Cut the mozzarella STG into cubes and mix it with the cherry tomatoes.
Add a few leaves of basil, pour the extra virgin olive oil and som pepper. Season with salt, stir and let sit while cooking the pasta.
Bring the water to a boil and cook the pasta, drain and add to the dressing. Mix well and serve warm.
