Die Zwiebel in eine Pfanne mit 50 g Butter und nativem Oliven\u00f6l extra geben. Bei schwacher Hitze etwa 10 Minuten anbraten, einen Teel\u00f6ffel Zucker hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiter garen, bis die Zwiebeln weich sind. Das gesiebte Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen und 3 Minuten lang r\u00fchren. Den Wei\u00dfwein hinzuf\u00fcgen, umr\u00fchren und dann die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben, etwa 30 Minuten kochen lassen und gegebenenfalls Br\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen. Wenn die Suppe fertig ist, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Das Brot in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel nativem Oliven\u00f6l extra in einer Pfanne anbraten.
